Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in product management or marketing, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Oversee product roadmap and lifecycle management from inception to phasing out.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on product development, enhancements, and cost strategies.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies, manage product launches, and support marketing initiatives.
- Create pricing strategies in partnership with sales and finance to ensure profitability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for designated product lines and assist the sales team with training and resources.
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to continually enhance products and foster innovation.
- Ensure product and brand initiatives are in line with and reinforce our public image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to guide strategic planning.
