Requirements
Must:
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration; 5 years preferred
- Expertise in enterprise-level systems and infrastructure management
- Proven ability in project completion and solving technical issues
- Familiarity with change management processes and compliance requirements is desirable
- Background in security implementations such as Multi-Factor Authentication and encryption is highly valued
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours for maintenance and disaster recovery exercises
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
- Lead the response to incidents, troubleshooting, and remediation efforts for all IT infrastructure, minimizing disruption to operations
- Plan, implement, and document systems and infrastructure solutions that support organizational goals and industry standards
- Oversee and monitor all systems and infrastructure to ensure adherence to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Software Development Life Cycle standards
- Ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability with proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts such as operating system updates and virtualization improvements
