Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in connecting survey data with operational data
- Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze customer research projects using appropriate methodologies and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience managing research programs and external vendors, including documentation for audit, risk, and compliance purposes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research results and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Ability to present compelling research insights and influence organizational decision-making through clear communication
- Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Python, SQL, or similar research and analytics platforms
- University degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Leverage research design expertise and statistical analysis to yield insightful results
- Utilize Snowflake and SQL programming to generate relevant data sets for analysis
- Combine survey results with operational data to influence business stakeholders decision-making
- Present compelling insights and actionable recommendations to support business outcomes
- Manage projects and vendors related to research programs, ensuring compliance with audit and risk protocols
- Execute controls for proper sampling and data security while adhering to privacy regulations
