Requirements

Must:
- Preferred university degree in Communications, English, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in conversation design, content strategy, and/or UX writing is required; 7+ years is preferred. - Proven track record of creating conversational AI experiences, especially within financial services or similarly regulated industries. - Familiarity with generative AI and large language model principles, including prompt stacking. - Strong ability to develop conversation flows, dialogue structures, and prompt libraries. - In-depth understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversation design methodologies. - Experience with conversation design software such as Figma, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, or similar tools. - Knowledgeable about AI assistant functionalities, constraints, and best practices. - Awareness of compliance and risk management aspects in AI dialogues. - Capability to create, update, and maintain conversation design documents and standards. - Proficient in conducting user testing, development testing, and iterative design practices. - Strong analytical acumen for assessing conversation effectiveness and identifying areas for enhancement.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with design, product management, development, and marketing teams to craft clear and concise messaging aimed at achieving business objectives and addressing both internal and external audiences. - Perform content audits and gap analyses to ensure user experiences are consistent and adhere to industry best practices and organizational requirements. - Work in conjunction with UX design and writing teams to foster consistency and clarity throughout user experiences. - Conduct research on audience needs, preferences, goals, and consumption methods to inform retirement planning content. - Plan, compose, and present content tailored to current and emerging mobile and web platforms. - Identify and address challenges within new and existing user experiences to promote usability in a dynamic, deadline-driven financial context. - Generate consistent, on-brand communication that effectively conveys the advantages of TIAA products and services while streamlining operational tasks for various audiences.
