Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience focused on customer-centric digital solutions
- Experience working with AI-powered products or features
- Proven track record of addressing customer needs through direct engagement and feedback analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and operations
- Preferred: 7+ years in product management roles with increasing responsibility
- Preferred: Experience in B2B or institutional product management, particularly in reporting or data products
- Preferred: Knowledge of AI applications including machine learning and natural language processing
- Preferred: Familiarity with the retirement plan recordkeeping ecosystem and the roles of plan sponsors
- Preferred: Proficiency in analytics tools and customer research methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategies that enhance institutional reporting capabilities
- Gather requirements and prioritize the product backlog for institutional reporting
- Design key solutions aligned with the Experience Product roadmap, utilizing AI and automation
- Develop 12- to 18-month product roadmaps focused on competitive positioning and client needs
- Establish success metrics for digital reporting experiences and ensure they are achieved
- Create customer experience maps to maximize adoption and usage of reporting tools
- Drive improvements in reporting completion rates and digital interaction metrics
- Ensure seamless integration of customer experience touchpoints across digital and operational interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align on product architecture standards
- Analyze performance indicators to assess the efficacy of solutions and inform product prioritization
- Foster innovation and leverage new technologies to improve the institutional client experience
- Articulate how AI can transform reporting experiences while maintaining compliance and client trust
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on feedback to improve reporting outcomes
