Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT systems administration
- Strong expertise in managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Preferred college degree
- Proficiency in analytical thinking
- Self-motivated and collaborative team member
- Innovative problem-solver with experience in cross-functional troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for liaising with technical teams and end-users

Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor critical systems that support daily operations across all company locations
- Provide support for hardware and network infrastructure including store registers, printers, scanners, servers, cameras, switches, and access points via a ticketing system
- Resolve help desk tickets efficiently, offering timely technical support to staff
- Execute system maintenance tasks including software updates, backups, troubleshooting, and hardware cleaning
- Support management of IT assets while maintaining accurate documentation for hardware, configurations, and procedures
- Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement sustainable solutions
- Communicate with external service organizations for hardware repairs, network enhancements, or licensing matters
