Requirements

Must:

Responsibilities

- We develop, test, debug, and document complex software components and utility applications. - We define requirements, support system design, and contribute to process and object-oriented analysis. - We create technical documentation, design diagrams, and test plans. - We promote and document standard business practices related to software usage. - We evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modern architectures. - We support budgeting and strategic planning for IT initiatives. - We serve as a first point of contact for technical support requests. - We log, track, and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution. - We escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support when needed. - We perform routine system maintenance, including updates, backups, and hardware repairs. - We handle password resets and manage user access across systems. - We gather user feedback and help improve IT processes and service delivery. - We work a Monday through Friday schedule and may be on call as needed.
