Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- I possess 3 to 5 years of experience in IT administration, Information Security, Financial Services Technology, or a comparable field.
- I have a solid understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance. My experience includes IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, etc.
- I demonstrate excellent communication and leadership abilities, allowing me to engage effectively with employees, executives, regulators, and auditors.
- I am capable of managing multiple systems (such as CSI platforms and digital banking systems) and coordinating efforts across various departments.
- Preferred qualifications include certifications like CISM, CISSP, or CISA.
Responsibilities
As the Information Security & Technology Officer, I am tasked with developing, implementing, and sustaining the bank’s information security and IT strategies, policies, and procedures. I ensure compliance with federal and industry regulations, oversee IT risk management, and lead cybersecurity initiatives. Additionally, I maintain business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Serving as the administrator for various banking and security systems, I provide direct IT support to employees and guarantee secure, dependable IT operations throughout the bank.
Description
This is a full-time position with a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year. As part of my role, I will also enjoy benefits such as a 401(k) plan with matching, dental and health insurance, a health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. It is essential that I can commute to Taylorsville, KY 40071, and I will need to relocate to this area before starting the role. This position requires in-person work.
