Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of delivering production-level AI or LLM-driven applications, not just prototypes, but real user-facing products
- Solid software engineering foundation with hands-on experience in coding and architectural decision-making
- Previous role as a founder, CTO, or held senior technical leadership positions within a technology firm
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset frameworks; experience with decentralized financial systems is an advantage
- Ability to navigate and operate within a regulated environment governed by a board, understanding disclosure and oversight requirements
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and meet business objectives in resource-limited environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts in a business-friendly manner to board members
- Experience working internationally or within various corporate legal jurisdictions is beneficial
- Background in financial technology, quantitative systems, or crypto-related infrastructure is highly regarded
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the companys product and technology vision, taking full responsibility for business results
- Lead recruitment and foster a positive culture for an initial small team of 2–4, expanding as the venture grows
- Design and manage the AI agent infrastructure, including orchestration of LLMs, API integrations, and automated workflows
- Investigate and construct emerging payment and settlement mechanisms, incorporating programmable and on-chain financial systems where relevant
- Identify and cultivate revenue opportunities through platform offerings, B2B collaborations, and technology licensing
- Maintain relationships with the parent companys board, ensuring regular updates and adherence to governance standards associated with a publicly listed entity
- Set up security, compliance, and operational protocols from the very beginning
- Oversee the initial capital budget, making informed and transparent deployment choices

This position offers a unique chance to work at the cutting edge of autonomous AI systems, including those that utilize blockchain and digital assets, facilitating independent transactions and operations. As part of a supportive structure, you will have ownership over both the technical direction and financial performance from the outset.
