Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on data, analytics, or reporting initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and diverse priorities
- Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting, statistical analysis, financial modeling, or predictive modeling
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, DOMO, Power BI, or similar tools
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and effective communication
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and propel tasks forward in uncertain environments
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, overseeing intake, prioritization, and ongoing communication across stakeholders
- Lead comprehensive data, reporting, and analytics projects from inception to completion, acting as the project manager responsible for scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Examine large and intricate datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business decisions
- Convert business challenges into well-defined requirements and actionable analytical solutions
- Prioritize and oversee multiple urgent requests in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate the adoption, change management, and ongoing enhancement of implemented solutions

We are the Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) Data & Reporting team at TELUS, dedicated to equipping our sales and marketing teams with the necessary data, tools, and insights to provide outstanding customer experiences and meet business objectives. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with sales, marketing, GTM, data and analytics, CIO, and external partners to create high-impact, scalable solutions for a rapidly changing sales environment. We offer a full-time, fixed-term contract position for 6 months with a competitive salary range of $66,214.11 to $119,866.71 per year, and the flexibility to work remotely.
