Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Human Capital Management processes and SAP environments
- Proven experience with labor rules, attendance policies, and payroll configurations
- Expertise in time-off and leave policies, including accruals
- Ability to define and lead parallel testing scenarios
- Strong troubleshooting skills for payroll calculation issues
- Experience in writing documentation and integrative mapping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Act as the liaison between legacy HCM processes and the SAP digital platform
- Ensure accurate mapping, migration, and operational status of employee data and payroll rules in S/4HANA
- Translate labor regulations into Workforce Software configurations
- Define leave and time-off policies while aligning with master data
- Collaborate on system integrations between various platforms
- Lead the identification of scenarios and organize parallel testing efforts
- Address and resolve calculation discrepancies and streamline workflows
