Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with IMAC procedures (installs, moves, adds, changes)
- Proficient in troubleshooting software issues
- Experience supporting peripherals such as scanners, barcode readers, and credit card devices
- Ability to assist with remote support tools like LogMeIn
- ServiceNow experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid drivers license for travel across multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Travel to various sites to address software break/fix incidents
- Execute IMACs and perform device refreshes as needed
- Provide support for a variety of peripherals including scanners and ID card readers
- Deliver deskside assistance for Windows 10 and Office applications
- Document ticket progress and resolutions through ServiceNow
- Facilitate remote support sessions when required
