Requirements
Must:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification in Wi-Fi networking is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Wi-Fi Network Engineer.
- Extensive knowledge in designing, implementing, and supporting WLAN infrastructure and Cisco wireless solutions.
- Proficiency in Cisco AirOS and Catalyst Wireless Controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills for Wi-Fi performance.
- Familiarity with Cisco Prime and Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) for managing network operations.
- Ability to conduct Wi-Fi Surveys both pre and post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Wi-Fi Subject Matter Expert, leading and providing guidance on all facets of wireless networking.
- Design, deploy, support, and maintain our Cisco WLAN infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting and optimization tasks for Wi-Fi performance issues.
- Conduct Wi-Fi Surveys before and after implementation.
- Utilize Cisco tools for network planning, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
