Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Web Developer
- Significant hands-on experience with .NET/C# for website development
- Strong expertise in ReactJS for front-end creation
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in integrating front-end applications with back-end APIs
- In-depth understanding of web development best practices, including performance and security
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Madison, WI
Responsibilities
- Develop customer-facing web applications and websites using .NET/C# and ReactJS
- Construct reusable, efficient, and well-organized front-end components
- Create and maintain back-end services and APIs to facilitate web functionality
- Work collaboratively with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Identify, debug, and enhance application performance
- Maintain code quality through best practices, thorough testing, and documentation
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development standards
