Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of professional experience in product design with a strong focus on visual and interaction design.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality consumer products, preferably across complex or emerging platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, capable of working independently and propelling projects with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional visual design skills demonstrated through a portfolio of delivered work.
- Advanced interaction design capabilities across intricate systems and flows.
- Robust rapid prototyping abilities, allowing for quick and effective iterations.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design from initial concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution that aligns with product objectives.
- Create consumer-oriented experiences that simplify the presentation of complex system functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in product, engineering, and research to identify problems, explore various solutions, and deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate ideas in dynamic and uncertain settings.
- Contribute to the evolution of interaction patterns, visual language, and design systems as necessary.
- Clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles, including accessibility and inclusion.
