Requirements
Must:
- Must possess a fully adjudicated Secret personnel clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Information Management, or Cyber Security preferred.
- VMware certification or Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification required, or previous Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification, or other relevant Administrator Role-Based Microsoft certifications.
- DoD 8570 certified at the IAT-II / IAM-II level, Security+ or higher.
- Extensive experience in VMware.
- At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in computer systems operation.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a 24/7 military or government IT environment.
- Previous experience in an engineering data center environment.
- Strong experience with virtualized environments, hyperconverged infrastructure, backup and recovery applications, and desktop services.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service across various organizational levels.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Domain Services, DoD PKI, and group policy management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and support of computer systems and peripherals for a large-scale government operation delivering IT common services to multiple agency tenant organizations.
- Manage virtualized environments, SANs/NAS devices, and a variety of technologies facilitating computing capabilities.
- Engage in complex planning and implementation of operating systems and systems software, along with production support activities.
- Collaborate with Contractor and Government personnel, and liaise with equipment and software vendors.
- Create, edit, and prepare graphical presentations of technical information.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the OSC, program manager, and site lead.
