Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Power BI and dashboard design
- Proficiency in UX design methodologies, including wireframing and prototyping
- Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics principles
- Familiarity with usability testing and user feedback incorporation
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and ReactJS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Responsibilities
- Collect user requirements and feedback to establish UX objectives for dashboards
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes specifically for Power BI and custom dashboard interfaces
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible
- Work closely with developers to successfully implement design concepts
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback from users
- Promote UX/UI design best practices, templates, and standards for dashboards across teams
- Articulate design concepts and reasoning to stakeholders and project teams
