Requirements
Must:
- Proven ability to independently lead UX initiatives across multiple projects
- Strong expertise in user research
- Experience conducting stakeholder and customer interviews
- Proficient in A/B testing
- Skilled in prototyping
- Competent in interaction design
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, including managing components
- Ability to work within an established design system
- Understanding of scalable interaction patterns
- Familiarity with maintaining and evolving an enterprise design system
- Experience in supporting the development of mobile design systems
- Capacity to contribute to the creation of 40 new components within a year
- Ability to configure and structure Figma components for various teams and platforms
- Experience in gathering business requirements and facilitating discussions with product owners
- Expertise in translating complex issues into user-centered solutions
- Strong preference for candidates with enterprise experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience in banking or related sectors such as e-commerce or healthcare
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX capabilities, including wireframes, personas, and user flows is mandatory
- Must possess organized, proactive, and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to self-manage and require minimal supervision
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design efforts in a dynamic enterprise environment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements
- Conduct user research and facilitate interviews with stakeholders and customers
- Design prototypes and manage A/B testing for various initiatives
- Enhance and expand our existing design system
- Develop new mobile design systems to improve user experience
- Create and configure Figma components tailored for various teams and platforms
- Ensure quality and consistency across multiple projects
- Translate complex business problems into user-friendly design solutions
- Actively contribute to achieving the goal of 40 new components within the year
