Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of frameworks and design tools
- Extensive expertise in at least one technology domain
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for UKG setup and enhancement
- Design and deploy UKG solutions tailored to HR business needs
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to convert requirements into effective system solutions
- Facilitate integrations between UKG and downstream systems (such as Oracle, reporting, analytics)
- Diagnose complex system issues and lead root cause investigations
- Engage in roadmap planning and ongoing production support
- Work alongside internal analysts, QA resources, and external partners as necessary
- Configure, evaluate, and optimize rules, pay codes, accruals, workflows, and analytics within UKG Pro WFM to align with specific business needs
- Conduct regression testing, handle production issues, and provide training and documentation for configured features
- Possess in-depth knowledge in various areas of UKG Pro (like Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Data Hub) along with strong skills in testing and troubleshooting configuration errors
- Maintain a broad understanding of UKG Pro capabilities, integration patterns (like Boomi, APIs), and related systems (ERP, benefits, identity), along with an awareness of security, performance, and scalability concerns
Description
We are seeking a UKG Architect or Senior UKG Analyst to enhance and optimize our UKG platform across the enterprise. This role will support HR business partners, leadership, and downstream systems by ensuring that UKG is effectively configured, integrated, and scalable to meet our evolving needs. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, and offers a hybrid work environment. We provide a competitive pay range of $60.00 - $70.00/hr and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plans, life insurance, and more.
