Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in data center operations
- Experience with rack and stack procedures
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
- Expertise in general troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cable management
Responsibilities
- Manage break-fix ticket queue to ensure customer SLAs are met
- Provide technical support on-site at various client data centers across the nation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise
