Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or application management
- Background in the title insurance, escrow, or real estate settlement sector
- Proficient with one or more title production systems, particularly AtClose (preferred)
- Familiarity with Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, or Resware
- Strong understanding of title workflows, closing procedures, and document packages
- Capability to diagnose complex issues across applications, integrations, and user environments
- Experience providing support to end users in a dynamic operational context
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work 2-3 days a week in one of the designated locations
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support title/escrow production systems including AtClose, Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, and/or Resware
- Manage user access, system permissions, workflows, templates, and integrations with internal and external applications
- Troubleshoot system issues, errors, performance challenges, and workflow disruptions; liaise with vendors as needed
- Support system updates, enhancements, patching, upgrades, and environmental maintenance
- Document processes, system settings, methods, and resolutions of issues
- Collaborate with title operations, IT, compliance, and leadership to continuously enhance system workflows
- Provide end-user training and support for title and escrow staff
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and dependability
- Assist with data migrations, environmental changes, and system deployments as required
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding data privacy, security, and reporting
Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with substantial experience in supporting title insurance and real estate closing platforms. This long-term, hybrid contract role requires presence at one of our office locations in Winston Salem, NC, Radnor, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA. The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00 per hour.
