Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Avaya Aura Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Avaya Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in NiCE CXone
- Strong expertise in IP telephony and services
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with various telecommunications hardware and applications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage customer service needs
- Understanding of MPLS, Net bond (Express Route), private and leased lines, ISDN, analog, T1, PRI, and SIP network solutions
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and maintain telephony infrastructure solutions
- Implement and maintain telecommunication systems and software, including the Avaya Aura platform and related systems
- Collaborate with Network Services to troubleshoot IP architecture issues
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technology initiatives
- Manage software patches and version upgrades for telecom infrastructure
- Oversee project timelines and provide regular updates to management
- Support a high-performance Call Center with over 2800 associates
- Diagnose and resolve complex telecommunication network issues
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response
- Act as an escalation point for critical voice outages or problems
