Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technical support and customer service
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows 10
- Familiarity with help desk operations and Active Directory
- Experience with hardware and software, specifically Office 365
- Essential customer service mindset for engaging with educators and students in fast-paced settings
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities to handle multiple school sites
- Proficient documentation skills for incident tracking and compliance reporting
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain activity across various locations
- Background in educational environments to understand school operations and classroom requirements
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite IT support for assigned schools, ensuring continuous technology operations
- Promptly address and resolve technical issues impacting classroom learning and administrative functions
- Maintain reliability and consistency of instructional technology across multiple learning environments
- Document incidents and repairs in accordance with district standards and compliance
- Collaborate with educators and staff to optimize the use of technology in educational settings
- Support district initiatives by minimizing downtime and safeguarding data integrity
- Assist in the implementation and training for modern educational tools and technologies
