Requirements

Must:

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary on-site IT support representative for the local office, delivering exceptional customer service. - Provide daily assistance for Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard Lenovo laptops. - Manage ticket intake and updates in Zendesk, ensuring issues are resolved promptly or escalated as necessary. - Offer support to a diverse user base, consisting of 70% on-site and 30% remote users. - Assist with basic mobile device support (iOS/Android) and facilitate conference room technology functionalities. - Collaborate with external hardware vendors for imaging and laptop deployment, involving minimal hardware troubleshooting. - Document issues comprehensively to ensure nothing is overlooked.

We are a dynamic IT support team within a prominent organization, dedicated to serving over 5,000 users across 25 offices and various job sites. This fully onsite position is based in Sterling, VA. We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Desktop Support / Help Desk professional to be the key IT presence in an office of 150-200 users, including several executives. In this role, you will focus on providing hands-on support primarily for software and user-related issues in a Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 cloud environment. We offer competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
