Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in computer systems and hardware
- Experience in maintaining and upgrading software and hardware systems
- Proficiency in user account management and security configurations
- Basic knowledge of installation, operation, and maintenance of communication equipment
- Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements in technical support
- Ability to document and maintain service records effectively
- Experience in providing support for applications and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, and repair computer systems and peripherals
- Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as necessary
- Manage and support user accounts, ensuring proper security and rights
- Monitor, install, troubleshoot, and relocate communication equipment
- Identify and resolve basic communication-related issues
- Prepare and assist in the creation of service documentation
- Provide technical assistance for applications and hardware problems
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and testing new and existing technologies
- Review and recommend procurement of IT equipment
- Ensure security controls over software are adhered to
