Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering is mandatory
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, and Project) is essential
- 5 to 7 years of experience in client-facing and factory roles (such as Applications Engineering, Product Management, or Product Development)
- Minimum of 3 years in a Technical Project or Program Manager role, overseeing cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail for managing intricate technical projects from requirements gathering to deployment
- Experience in Proposal Development (RFQ/RFP/SOW) is necessary
- Capability to effectively manage design reviews
- PMP certification is preferred
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with RF and test systems is beneficial
- Previous experience in developing custom test solutions is an advantage
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with team members and clients
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of Systems, Mechanical, and Software engineers to create and deliver tailored testing solutions for clients products
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting one or more customers
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with customers to thoroughly understand their needs and system requirements
- Collaborate with the business development team to craft precise and persuasive proposals to attract new business
- Ensure the successful execution of each project
- Oversee requirement and design reviews
- Manage project scheduling and resource estimation
- Conduct risk management processes
- Lead product development and integration, including testing
- Provide delivery and support post-delivery to clients
