Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience developing dashboards in AWS QuickSight (Tableau or Power BI also acceptable)
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation
- Background in manufacturing or production environments (preference for satellite production or aerospace)
- Familiarity with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake
- Relevant certifications (AWS, PL-300 Microsoft Power BI)
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis)
- Strong SQL/T-SQL capabilities for large-scale data analysis
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and uphold interactive dashboards for Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation KPIs
- Develop and enhance scalable ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift for real-time and batch data processing
- Structure data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) in Amazon Redshift to improve reporting efficiency
- Lead complete program execution for BI projects, from requirement analysis to deployment
- Collaborate with diverse teams (production, supply chain, engineering, quality, safety) to outline KPIs and ensure reporting aligns with business goals
- Establish automated data validation and cleansing protocols
- Facilitate training sessions for over 200 end users to enhance dashboard adoption and enable self-service analytics

In this fully onsite role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboard and reporting solutions across various operational pillars.
