Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years in data operations, vendor management, or technical program management, ideally within AI/ML or LLM projects
- Strong ability to prioritize and foster collaboration
- Proven experience in successfully managing medium to large-scale organizational projects
- Skills in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding for data processes
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and contract management skills
- Strong project management abilities and capacity for cross-functional teamwork
- Experience in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs in data supply chains
- Capability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong leadership qualities
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledgeable in agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Guide the development team in defining the development process
- Drive the sourcing, curation, and upkeep of high-quality data for Robotics/LLM programs
- Assess, onboard, and evaluate external data/annotation vendors to meet quality standards and compliance requirements
- Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing, SLAs, and KPIs, while tracking performance for continual improvement and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to ensure data contracts and usage align with regulations and internal policies
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor data quality, vendor performance, turnaround times, and budget utilization
- Prepare and sustain documentation and processes for scalable LLM data and vendor operations
