Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in IT product management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with product backlog management and user story crafting
- Knowledge of technical architecture, APIs, and system integrations
- Ability to conduct market analysis and derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with risk and compliance standards relevant to the industry
- Experience in quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product backlog management, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Write clear and actionable user stories and epics that guide development
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper understanding and breakdown of stories
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, aligning requirements with business goals
- Participate in solution design discussions, offering technical insights
- Contribute to the development of product vision and strategy, incorporating feedback
- Analyze market trends to inform product strategy and identify opportunities
- Champion Agile best practices and facilitate team ceremonies to enhance productivity
- Gather and analyze technical requirements, translating them into actionable product features
- Facilitate effective communication across technical and business stakeholders
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria
- Coordinate product releases and support post-launch performance monitoring
