Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 2 years specializing in configuration and enterprise-level monitoring, including advanced troubleshooting of complex environmental and application issues
- At least 1 year of experience in gathering general business requirements and configuring out-of-the-box digital workflow components; practical hands-on experience is essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for enterprise-level monitoring
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across data center infrastructure components like networks, F5, operating systems, SAN, and virtualization
- Exceptional communication skills for providing timely updates on issues, projects, and troubleshooting efforts

Responsibilities
- Perform enterprise-level monitoring and advanced troubleshooting using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace
- Oversee the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Manage the ServiceNow discovery configuration process
- Offer configuration support to hardware and software asset management
- Assist in requirement gathering sessions and the development of user stories
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality and design of functional capabilities are achieved
