Systems Engineer - Cloud & Automation

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4 years of systems administration experience - Alternatively, 5+ years of systems administration experience with a focus on virtualization and physical hardware - Strong understanding of standard practices and concepts in Windows administration - Practical knowledge of various operating and networking systems, with expertise in at least one - Extensive experience in server hardware and VMWare hypervisor implementations - Proficient in communicating across all employee levels, whether technical or non-technical - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with other departments - Skilled in identifying innovative solutions to technical issues - Capable of efficiently troubleshooting hardware/software problems while adhering to compliance standards - Effective planning skills for timely and budget-conscious project management - Sound judgment in decision-making processes - Expected to demonstrate creativity and independence - Quick adaptability to changing priorities and multiple demands - Familiarity with server hardware, storage, operating systems, VMware virtualization, backup strategies, Active Directory, and blade enclosures - Ability to lead and guide the work of others as needed
