Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on manufacturing, industrial automation, or operational technology
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, Classic ASP, VB6, VBScript, and Angular
- Practical experience with SCADA/PLC integrations, SQL Server (2008 R2-2022), Windows Server, and various application stacks
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for manufacturing and operational technology solutions, setting design standards and ensuring alignment across operational technology, IT, and cloud environments
- Convert operational needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria
- Lead the configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization for new or upgraded plant and warehouse systems
- Manage complex system integrations (e.g., SCADA/PLC with applications, and MES/MOM with SAP), providing key technical direction
- Establish configuration baselines, integration patterns, and technical guidelines, while reviewing and validating outputs from internal teams and vendors
- Supervise IT service delivery for plant systems in accordance with ITIL practices, ensuring performance, reliability, and system availability
- Facilitate cross-departmental responses to operational incidents involving Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and external stakeholders
- Promote modernization initiatives transitioning from legacy systems to contemporary application stacks and cloud platforms, while standardizing and merging operational technology with IT
