Requirements
Must:
- Experience with ServiceNow administration and development
- Familiarity with higher education enterprise systems
- Knowledge of server environments, including Ellucian Colleague and Banner
- Proven capability in API integration and application design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in a collaborative IT team environment
- Intermediate level experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee ServiceNow administration and development tasks
- Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Support incident, request, and change management within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with ServiceNow solutions
- Design, build, and maintain application integrations across various enterprise systems
- Develop and manage API integrations and data exchange procedures
- Ensure the reliability and performance of integrations
- Support Ellucian Colleague integrations and data flow with other systems
- Participate in system upgrades and optimizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues
- Document integration designs and best practices
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless operation
