Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with NinjaOne, SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot
- Proficient scripting abilities in PowerShell and Bash
- Understanding of vulnerability management and patching processes
- Strong capacity to work autonomously and communicate effectively with remote teams
- Comfort in remote collaboration and hybrid work environments
Responsibilities
- Assist with the deployment of NinjaOne throughout the organization
- Transition deployment packages from SCCM to NinjaOne, ensuring proper configuration
- Primarily focus on Windows systems, while also engaging with Mac, Linux, and Android platforms
- Automate standard tasks and deployment workflows
- Execute tasks remotely, collaborating with local help desk teams for on-site support
- Identify and address vulnerabilities in third-party applications
- Create and implement custom scripts (mainly in PowerShell and Bash)
- Work with remote teams located in Greene, Syracuse, Columbus, and Muscatine
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to security protocols
