Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or application management
- Background in the title insurance, escrow, or real estate settlement industries
- Practical knowledge of at least one title production system: AtClose (strongly preferred), Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, or Resware
- Strong grasp of title workflows, closing procedures, and document packages
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues across applications and integrations
- Previous experience providing end-user support in dynamic operational settings
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work fully on-site in one of the specified locations
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and provide support for title and escrow production systems, including AtClose, Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, and/or Resware
- Oversee user access, permissions, workflows, templates, and integrations with both internal and external applications
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, errors, and performance hindrances; collaborate with vendors as needed
- Facilitate system updates, enhancements, patches, upgrades, and environmental maintenance
- Document operational processes, system setups, procedures, and solutions to issues
- Work in conjunction with title operations, IT, compliance, and leadership to continuously improve system workflows
- Deliver support and training to end users within title and escrow teams
- Monitor system performance to ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability
- Assist with data migrations, environmental modifications, and system implementations where necessary
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and corporate policies related to data privacy, security, and reporting

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator based in one of our office locations: Winston Salem, NC, Radnor, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA.
