Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in storage infrastructure and cyber vault technology
- Proficiency in data protection and air-gapped ransomware solutions
- Experience with storage area networks and backup systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environments
- Ability to document processes for disaster recovery
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with security, networking, and application teams
- Familiarity with Dell ECS, NetApp, PURE, Rubrik, and Cohesity platforms
- Programming skills in Python and Ansible for automation
- Expert level experience in infrastructure engineering and recovery planning
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance cyber-resilient backup and recovery platforms
- Lead recovery readiness procedures, including DR drills and playbook documentation
- Oversee audit, compliance, and remediation of vulnerabilities in the hybrid data center
- Collaborate closely with teams across Security, Infrastructure, and Applications to fulfill RPO/RTO and regulatory needs
- Manage system migrations and navigate business complexities
- Architect and sustain backup and recovery solutions for mission-critical systems
- Define service tier RPO/RTO and ensure compliance
- Execute complex restore operations and conduct integrity verification and forensics during cyber incidents
- Develop and maintain runbooks concerning cyber vault isolation and recovery testing
