Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience preferred
- Manufacturer certifications such as Software House, Genetec, and Exacq are advantageous
- Ability to pass a CORI check and obtain a MA certificate of clearance
- Familiarity with SQL programming language is a bonus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and responsible
- Superior customer service skills for interacting with internal and external clients
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Competence in reading and interpreting general business documentation
- Valid and current drivers license
Responsibilities
- Program and configure security systems as per customer and managerial direction
- Complete software installation and configuration for various access control, video surveillance, and alarm intrusion systems
- Provide integration support for customers existing systems with their security solutions
- Assist internal teams in repairing and maintaining customer systems
- Perform regular maintenance to prevent system failures
- Diagnose issues with customers computerized systems, determine corrective actions, and carry out repairs
- Contact customers ahead of scheduled software projects to confirm necessary information and personnel
