Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in quality assurance and automation
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, C#, Postman, and Playwright
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution capabilities
- Understanding of the insurance industry and related products
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools
- Solid knowledge of agile practices and experience with tools like Azure DevOps
- Intermediate level of expertise in software testing
Responsibilities
- Lead and engage in the design, development, testing, and implementation of automated testing solutions
- Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries related to testing strategies and practices
- Champion a quality-first mindset within the team
- Devise testing plans including regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests
- Collaborate with various teams to develop testing strategies and incorporate testing into the software development lifecycle
- Identify chances to streamline testing processes through automation of recurring tests
- Execute, implement, and document test cases in coordination with engineers and product stakeholders
- Analyze and report on test results, proposing corrective actions as needed
