Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting software contracts and licensing agreements
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- Strong analytical skills for assessing compliance risks and licensing gaps
- Ability to manage relationships with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, and Finance
- Proficient in utilizing software tools such as ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow, SCCM, and JAMF
- Knowledge of on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of software contracts and licensing terms
- Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and termination clauses
- Verify contractual rights against actual deployment and usage metrics
- Identify potential compliance risks and explore cost-saving opportunities
- Facilitate vendor audits for major companies like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Adobe
- Collaborate with Procurement and Legal departments during negotiations and renewals

We are seeking a Software Licensing & Contracts Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid position allows flexibility, working onsite three days a week. We focus on ensuring licensing compliance, managing vendor relationships, and reducing risks associated with software agreements. Our team is composed of talented professionals dedicated to driving business transformation through strategic partnerships.
