Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience transitioning ASP.NET WebForms applications to Blazor.
- Strong command over C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- In-depth knowledge of Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly architectures.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end methodologies.
- Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs, backend services, and SQL Server, with a background in database migration.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and cloud hosting solutions like Azure.
- Understanding of various authentication and authorization frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document existing ASP.NET WebForms applications, pinpointing dependencies and potential migration hurdles.
- Craft and execute effective migration strategies to Blazor, minimizing impact on ongoing business activities.
- Revise and enhance legacy components into Blazor components to boost maintainability and performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, ensuring functional equivalence between the legacy and new systems.
- Enhance applications for responsiveness, scalability, and sustainable support.
- Offer technical expertise and best-practice recommendations to facilitate Blazor adoption across the team.
