Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Development Engineer
- Proficient in programming with at least one of the following languages: Swift, Python, Java
- Experience in developing and enhancing automation frameworks
- Knowledgeable in CI/CD pipelines with a proven track record of supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Familiarity with distributed version control systems, specifically Git
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of distributed systems integration, including design principles and various integration techniques (e.g., web services, publish/subscribe)
- Basic Unix administration skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Inquisitive and proactive; has a passion for learning and exploring
- Self-directed with strong innovation, integrity, a solid work ethic, and attention to detail
- Keen to ensure data integrity, scalability, high availability, and maintainability
- Capable of articulating technical issues, justifying technical decisions, and drafting technical specifications
- Comfortable engaging in open discussions, debating ideas constructively, and embracing challenges
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
- Previous experience working with Virtual Assistants is advantageous
- Educational background: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Develop test automation frameworks and machine learning evaluation solutions
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate within a dynamic, cross-functional team
- Adapt to evolving requirements and contribute innovative ideas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to software deployments
- Implement and maintain distributed systems integration methodologies
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in idea generation and open discussions, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Write technical documentation and specifications for projects
