Requirements
Must:
- Strong architectural mindset with experience in designing enterprise-scale systems
- Proven capability to enhance application performance and scalability
- In-depth knowledge of secure software design principles
- Outstanding communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical individuals
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core MVC 4/5
- Expertise in C#, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
- Familiarity with ADO.NET and SQL Server / SSMS
- Experience with Visual Studio and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of IIS configuration and optimization
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural discussions to assess technical needs and design high-performing, scalable applications optimized for IIS
- Convert complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, and libraries for comprehensive front-end and back-end solutions
- Establish and uphold code quality standards, best practices, and rigorous code review processes across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Design and develop systems focusing on database optimization, performance enhancement, and caching techniques for optimal efficiency
- Ensure that all application architectures comply with ADPH security protocols and enterprise-wide security measures
- Act as the technical intermediary among software developers, project managers, business analysts, and clients to guarantee successful project completion
- Provide technical direction and mentorship in transforming complex business needs into coherent technical architectures
