Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Dynatrace, App Insights, and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Pega PDC and Big Panda is advantageous
- Intermediate level of experience in site reliability engineering or related field
- Background in insurance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging, dynamic dashboards for around 100 APIs utilizing Dynatrace, App Insights, and other relevant tools
- Connect Dynatrace with ServiceNow to optimize incident, problem, change, and asset management operations
- Fully automate existing manual processes in monitoring, reporting, and incident management using suitable tools
- Enhance system reliability by tracking system performance, recognizing trends, and preventing recurring incidents
- Improve the usability of monitoring and support tools, reducing workflow duration and increasing integration across business groups
- Assist in the release cycle and work closely with product support teams to guarantee smooth deployments and stable environments
- Provide straightforward, actionable insights via reporting and simplify data access and interpretation for teams
- Ensure all teams have appropriate access to Dynatrace and comprehend how to utilize it effectively
Description
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability, scalability, and visibility of our systems while modernizing our monitoring, management, and support for nearly 100 APIs. This role is critical for someone who combines software engineering knowledge with infrastructure proficiency, demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for automation, observability, and incident prevention. Our team currently faces challenges and requires an individual who can make an immediate contribution by minimizing manual tasks, improving workflows, and providing enhanced insights throughout the organization.
