Requirements
Must:
- Proven background in managing ServiceNow implementation programs
- Experience in leading multi-module ServiceNow projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, ITSM, and CMDB
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow program dependencies, integrations, and release planning
- At least 8 years of experience in program or senior project management roles
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall governance models
- Effective communication skills with executive leadership
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow, PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL, and Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
- Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM for program planning and reporting
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform upgrades and long-term roadmap
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete ServiceNow program, managing multiple simultaneous projects and workstreams
- Establish and uphold program governance, including:
- Operating rhythm
- Status updates
- Management of risks and issues
- Executive steering communications
- Coordinate dependencies between various ServiceNow modules during implementations
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical architecture, and project timelines
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow architects to confirm solutions meet platform strategy and roadmap
- Supervise vendor and systems integrator performance and deliverables
- Lead program planning, sequencing, and preparation for major ServiceNow go-lives
- Monitor program risks, escalade issues, and drive effective mitigation strategies
- Maintain consistent delivery standards across teams, ensuring Agile execution and release coordination
- Assist in organizational readiness initiatives, including communication strategies, change management, and stakeholder engagement
Description
We are a healthcare company seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager to guide a significant, multi-year implementation across various modules and workstreams. In this role, you will provide essential leadership to maintain cohesion between business, technical, and vendor teams while keeping delivery on track. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with ServiceNow programs and will serve as the main point of accountability in partnership with diverse stakeholders. This contract role is fully remote, based in Houston, TX, with a competitive pay range of $75.00 - $90.00/hr, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
