Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Intermediate level of expertise required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to support the various ServiceNow modules including IT Asset Management, IT Operations, and IT Service Management
- Engage with Agile crews to meet workstream objectives
- Assist in the transition to the new ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry standards for compliance and operational efficiency
- Support the delivery of the platform in a release-based approach
- Participate in building crews for IT Portfolio Management and Employee Experience
