Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service or support setting
- Proficiency in ServiceNow
- Strong technical support skills
- Excellent customer service aptitude
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience in help desk or service desk environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Competency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 products
- Basic understanding of networking and communication systems
- Ability to clearly document troubleshooting processes and findings
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for daily technical support inquiries
- Address Level 1 support requests through various channels including phone, ticketing systems, and chat
- Accurately log and update call data in the tracking system
- Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate as necessary
- Contribute to project planning and requirements gathering
- Engage in training sessions prior to project launches
- Execute troubleshooting and minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripherals
- Ensure timely follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction
- Clearly articulate service processes and solutions to users
