Requirements
Must:
- SharePoint Online Architecture expertise, focusing on governance frameworks, permission structures, site architecture decisions, and enterprise-level lifecycle management.
- Proficient in developing complex Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with responsibility for diagnosing and resolving production issues, including liaising with Microsoft.
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting for platform management and automation, integral to daily governance tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding of the M365 ecosystem, including the integration of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Custom Connectors.
- Knowledge of IT Security and Data Governance frameworks.
- Experience with Enterprise Change Management.
- Strong cross-functional communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI Tools is a plus.
- Understanding of Microsoft Purview and DLP policies is desirable.
- Microsoft Certifications related to Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration are beneficial.
- Acquaintance with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Architect, manage, and optimize enterprise SharePoint Online environments, focusing on permissions, site architecture, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.
- Design and develop scalable and secure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that enhance business processes and deliver quantifiable benefits.
- Act as the primary escalation point for SharePoint and Power Platform issues, diagnosing root causes, resolving complex incidents, and engaging Microsoft as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps and actionable initiatives.
- Set and enforce governance policies, security standards, and compliance frameworks across all platforms.
- Monitor and improve platform performance, availability, and user experience through proactive tuning and automation strategies.
- Work alongside IT Security to ensure that solutions align with data protection and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsofts evolving platform offerings and recommend future-facing solutions to the business.
- Develop technical standards, standard operating procedures, architectural documentation, and training materials.
- Mentor peers and support cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Investigate and advocate for the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools to boost productivity and speed up solution development.
