Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting, especially with Windows 10
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on user support
- Experience with Active Directory and IT service management
- Familiarity with hardware support and help desk operations
- Competence in using ticketing systems and service desk tools like ServiceNow
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
- Ability to install, configure, and support various hardware devices including laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of network administration for Windows OS and Windows Servers
- Experience supporting virtualization infrastructure using vSphere and NetApp
- Understanding of local area network maintenance and wide-area network troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality IT support across all applications, operating systems, and hardware
- Respond to incidents and service requests while maintaining system readiness
- Assist users both in person and remotely, ensuring a seamless support experience
- Manage IT resources and their inventory, including workstations and projectors
- Conduct network administration and troubleshoot network print devices
- Oversee the maintenance of the local area network in the Minneapolis office
- Collaborate with vendors to uphold data communication lines between offices
- Contribute to operational excellence through strong technical knowledge and clear communication
