Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant technology domains
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft EntraID and Intune
- Experience with on-prem virtualization
- Skilled solutions architect with a talent for innovative problem-solving and execution
Responsibilities
- Focus on server infrastructure and cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Support diverse environments including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, Duo security, email security, and disaster recovery solutions
- Manage solutions from inception to completion, collaborating with clients to assess, design, implement, and support critical IT infrastructure
- Take charge of complex technical issues, researching, diagnosing, and resolving challenges across server, cloud, and network environments, serving as a senior escalation point for Service Desk tickets and inquiries
