Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Proven skills in designing and building:
- Custom applications within ServiceNow
- Service Portal pages and widgets
- Workflows and solutions using Flow Designer
- Scripted REST APIs and integrations
- Experience in transitioning or modernizing legacy systems, particularly .NET, to ServiceNow
- Capable of working independently and guiding technical direction in dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Act as the leading ServiceNow CSM developer for a significant transformation project
- Create, develop, and execute custom applications, workflows, integrations, and UI components on the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and enhance Service Portal user experiences, including widgets and UI pages
- Design workflows and automation using Flow Designer and scripting techniques
- Transition and refresh legacy .NET functionalities into ServiceNow solutions
- Engage in backlog grooming and solution design even in ambiguous or evolving requirements
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Mentor stakeholders by sharing best practices and offering technical guidance
